Website terms of use
These terms explain use of the Lexia public website, information and trial requests, and access to the login portal. They are not subscription sales terms or a data-processing agreement for your client files.
1. Scope and applicable documents
The website presents data entry, ERP, features and prices. Operator identification belongs in the legal notice; Security and privacy and the cookie policy describe website processing.
Paid services, trials and accounts have separate terms communicated before acceptance. Browsing alone creates no purchase or subscription.
2. Information, demonstrations and availability
Descriptions help assess the services. Demonstrations use examples rather than your production files. Features marked in development are not presented as immediately available; actual access depends on the agreed offer.
Information may be corrected or updated. Website changes do not by themselves alter an existing contract. Mandatory information duties and applicable contractual commitments remain reserved.
3. Prices and contracts
Tables distinguish monthly and annual billing and per-mandate prices. Annual monthly-equivalent prices are billed for 12 months. Reloads and custom offers are shown separately.
Before a paid commitment, scope, total price and applicable taxes, term, any renewal, cancellation and payment terms must be specified. Trial conditions must also be communicated before activation.
Opening the portal or a trial-request email is not itself a paid order. Any contract requires agreement on essential terms and conditions made available to you; these pages create no additional purchase procedure.
4. Permitted use and security
Use the website’s information and functions for their intended purpose. Do not disrupt service, bypass protections, access accounts or data without authorisation, introduce malware or conduct intrusive testing without prior authorisation.
You must have the necessary rights to submitted information and respect client confidentiality. Report security issues to contact@lexiapps.ch without disclosing confidential third-party data.
5. Contact, trials and accounts
An email request is handled to provide a response. It does not itself guarantee account creation, immediate trial availability or unagreed features. Trial access and arrangements are confirmed separately.
app.lexiapps.ch is the application portal. Use only your assigned access, protect credentials and report suspicious use. User, mandate and permission management follow the service terms.
6. Privacy and mandate data
Security and privacy explains website processing, rights and contact channels. Cookie choices are not blanket acceptance of every data processing activity.
Do not put real files into website simulations or send sensitive documents through ordinary email. Mandate-data processing requires a suitable channel and, where relevant, a processing agreement reflecting each party’s responsibilities.
7. Content, brands and links
Content may be protected by copyright or other rights. Reuse requires the appropriate rights or permissions, subject to legally permitted uses. Third-party brands and content remain subject to their owners’ rights; mention does not imply affiliation.
External links lead to another service with its own information and terms. Check the destination before sharing data.
8. Availability and liability
Maintenance, security measures or incidents may interrupt access. The public website is not promised to be always available or error-free. Subscribed-service commitments remain governed by their contracts.
Liability follows applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intent or gross negligence under article 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Mandatory rights remain reserved.
9. No individual professional advice
Information and demonstrations do not replace accounting, tax, legal or security analysis tailored to your situation. Automated extraction proposals require review by competent people before approval or use for a mandate.
10. Law, changes and contact
Swiss law governs website use, subject to applicable mandatory provisions. Jurisdiction follows the applicable rules; these terms impose no exclusive venue.
New website versions do not retroactively alter an existing contract. Questions may be sent to contact@lexiapps.ch.
